Refund Policy
This Refund Policy defines the conditions under which Kerrigan Essentials LLC ("the Company") may issue refunds for services rendered.
Service-Based Refund Conditions
The Company's services are delivered against defined engagement scopes. Refunds may be considered where the Company has materially failed to perform agreed obligations and where such failure is not attributable to client action or inaction.
Limitations
- Work already performed and accepted is non-refundable.
- Time-and-materials engagements are billed for services delivered and are not subject to refund.
- Third-party costs incurred on the client's behalf are non-refundable.
- Custom deliverables that have been transferred to the client are non-refundable once accepted.
Requesting a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@kerriganessentials.com and must describe the basis for the request, including reference to the relevant engagement and deliverables.
Dispute Resolution
The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute regarding refunds through direct, good-faith discussion. If a resolution is not reached, the dispute shall be addressed in accordance with the governing law clause set out in the Terms & Conditions.
